By creating an account or using weeknightwin.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for all activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Scrape, copy, or republish recipes or other content from the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Attempt to overwhelm the Service with automated traffic or malicious requests.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Upload anything illegal, defamatory, or that infringes someone's rights.
5. Recipe content
Recipes shown in Discover are sourced from public databases (TheMealDB and similar), or contributed by users. The Service does not claim ownership of these recipes — credit goes to the original sources, which are linked from each recipe page where available.
Recipes you create or import into your personal cookbook remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process them solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Affiliate disclosure
Weeknight Win participates in affiliate programs with grocery delivery services including Instacart. When you click a “Shop on Instacart” link and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the Service free.
7. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Recipes, nutrition data, and ingredient suggestions are provided for general information only. They are not medical or dietary advice. You're responsible for verifying that any recipe is safe and appropriate for you (especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions).
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Instacart, Google (sign-in), Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We're not responsible for their availability, pricing, or product quality.
9. Pricing changes
The Service is currently free. If we ever introduce paid features, existing free functionality will remain free, and we'll give you advance notice before any charge.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, our partners, or other users.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weeknight Win and ModusBridge are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which, since the Service is free, is $0).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and post a notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
