In Seattle, Amazon Fresh edges ahead if you already pay for Prime. Generic comparison articles can't tell you which applies to you — but a calculator priced against live data can.

Prices are estimated baselines updated quarterly, calibrated to publicly-reported anchor prices from grocery comparison studies (NPR, Consumer Reports, Tasting Table) and adjusted regionally. Walmart+ prices use Walmart's in-store pricing as the base; Instacart-Aldi, Whole Foods, and Amazon Fresh apply per-category markups against that base.

Fees are computed live from each service's posted fee schedule: Instacart (5% service + delivery + 10% suggested tip), Walmart+ (free delivery on $35+ for members, $7.95 otherwise + 10% suggested tip), Amazon Fresh (free delivery on $100+, $9.95 below — no tip system).

Local store pricing varies by zip and week. Use this for relative comparison between services, not as a guaranteed bill.
