Dallas grocery context

DFW is one of the few Texas metros where Aldi has scaled aggressively — North Dallas, Plano, and Frisco are well-covered, while Fort Worth and the south metro are still building out. Tom Thumb (Albertsons), Kroger, and Whole Foods all have strong delivery presence via Instacart. Walmart+ covers virtually every DFW zip with same-day delivery.
