Ingredients
- 4 pieceschicken thighs
- 2 cupsred wine
- 4 stripsbacon
- 8 ozmushrooms
- 1 largeonion
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 1 teaspoonthyme
- 1 piecebay leaf
- 2 tablespoonsbutter
- 2 tablespoonsflour
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 1 teaspoonpepper
Instructions

Marinate chicken thighs in red wine for at least 2 hours.

In a Dutch oven, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, brown chicken on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Add onions and mushrooms to the pot, cooking until soft.

Return chicken and bacon to the pot. Add garlic, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
