- 1 pound, cut into pieceschicken
- 2 large, slicedonion
- 2 tablespoonsginger-garlic paste
- 3 tablespoonsbiryani masala

- 1/2 cupyogurt
- 4 tablespoonsoil
- 1/4 cup, choppedcoriander leaves
- 1/4 cup, choppedmint leaves
Instructions

Marinate chicken in yogurt, spices, and salt for at least 1 hour.

Fry onions in oil until golden brown, then remove half for garnish.
