Ingredients
- 2 cupschickpeas
- 1 largeonion
- 2 mediumtomato
- 1 inchginger
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1 teaspooncumin seeds
- 1 teaspooncoriander powder
- 1 teaspoongaram masala
- 2 mediumgreen chilies
- 2 tablespoonsoil

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add minced ginger and garlic, and sauté for 2 more minutes.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
