- 4 unitspoblano peppers
- 2 cupscheddar cheese
- 3 largeeggs
- 1 cupflour
- 2 cupstomato sauce
- 1 mediumonion
Instructions

Roast poblano peppers over an open flame until charred. Place in a bag to steam for 10 minutes.

Peel charred skin off peppers and cut a slit to remove seeds.
