  • 1/4 cupmoong dal
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 2 tablespoonsghee

Instructions

    Wash and soak rice and moong dal for 30 minutes.

    In a pot, combine soaked rice and dal with water; cook until soft.
