Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmixed vegetables (peas, carrots, potatoes)
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 2 mediumtomato
  • 4 tablespoonsbutter
  • 2 tablespoonspav bhaji masala
  • 1/4 cupcilantro
  • 8 piecesbread rolls (pav)
  • to tastesalt

Instructions
