Ingredients
- 2 cupsmixed vegetables (peas, carrots, potatoes)
- 1 mediumonion
- 2 mediumtomato
- 4 tablespoonsbutter
- 2 tablespoonspav bhaji masala
- 1/4 cupcilantro
- 8 piecesbread rolls (pav)

Instructions

Boil the mixed vegetables until soft and mash them.

In a pan, heat butter and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
