Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan (chickpea flour)
  • 1/2 cupyogurt
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 2 finely choppedgreen chilies
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 cupwater
  • for garnishcoriander

Instructions

    Mix besan, yogurt, water, and salt to form a batter.

    Pour into a greased steaming dish and steam for 15-20 mins.

    Tempering: Heat oil, add mustard seeds and green chilies until seeds pop.
