Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmixed vegetables (potatoes, peas, carrots, etc.)
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 1 mediumtomato
  • 1 tablespoonginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoonspav bhaji masala
  • 4 tablespoonsbutter
  • to tastesalt
  • 4pav (bread rolls)

Instructions

    Boil and mash mixed vegetables until smooth.
