Ingredients
- 2 cupsmixed vegetables (potatoes, peas, carrots, etc.)
- 1 mediumonion
- 1 mediumtomato
- 1 tablespoonginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoonspav bhaji masala
- 4 tablespoonsbutter
- to tastesalt
- 4pav (bread rolls)
Instructions

Boil and mash mixed vegetables until smooth.

In a pan, heat butter and sauté onions until golden.
