  • 4 cupscooked rice
  • 2 cupsspinach
  • 1 largecarrot
  • 1 mediumzucchini
  • 4 largeegg
  • 4 tablespoonsgochujang
  • 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce

Instructions

    Sauté spinach in sesame oil until wilted, and set aside.
