  • 14 ozfirm tofu
  • 1 mediumred bell pepper
  • 1 mediumcarrot
  • 1 mediumzucchini
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspgochujang
  • 2 tbspsesame oil
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 stalksgreen onions
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds

Instructions

    Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
