  • 1 canblack beans
  • 1 cupcooked quinoa
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese
  • 2 cupsred enchilada sauce
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 smallonion
  • 1 teaspooncumin

Instructions
