- 2 cupsmilk powder
- 1 cupflour
- 1/4 teaspoonbaking soda
- 2 cupssugar
- 3/4 cupwater
- 2 cupsghee
- 1 teaspooncardamom powder
- 1 teaspoonrose water
Instructions

Mix milk powder, flour, and baking soda in a bowl.

Knead into a soft dough, then make small balls.
