  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/4 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 2 cupsghee
  • 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoonrose water

Instructions

    Mix milk powder, flour, and baking soda in a bowl.

    In a pan, heat ghee for frying. Fry until golden brown.

    In another pan, dissolve sugar in water to make syrup. Add cardamom and rose water.
