Ingredients
- 1 cupchickpea flour
- 1/2 cupyogurt
- 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
- 2 mediumgreen chilies
- 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
- a fewcurry leaves
- to tastesalt
- 1/2 cupwater
Instructions

Combine chickpea flour, yogurt, turmeric, and salt with water to form a batter.

Let the batter ferment for a couple of hours.

Pour the batter into a greased steaming dish and steam for 20-25 minutes.

In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering.
