- 12 piecescorn tortillas
- 1 cupzucchini
- 1 cupbell pepper
- 1 canblack beans
- 1 pieceonion
- 2 cupsenchilada sauce
- 1 cupcheese
- 2 tablespoonsolive oil

Instructions
