Ingredients
- 2 cupscanned chickpeas
- 1 largeonion
- 1 largetomato
- 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
- 1 tspcumin seeds
- 1 tspcoriander powder
- 1 tspgaram masala
- 1/2 tspturmeric powder
- 2 tbspoil
- to tastesalt
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute, then add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
