Ingredients

- 1 mediumonion
- 1 mediumtomato
- 1 inchginger
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1 teaspooncumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
- 2 tablespoonsoil or ghee

Instructions

Rinse lentils under cold water until the water runs clear; drain.
