Ingredients

  • 4 piecesveal shanks
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 4 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 largeonion
  • 1 largecarrot
  • 1 largecelery
  • 1 cupwhite wine
  • 2 cupsbeef broth
  • 1 tablespoonlemon zest
  • 2 tablespoonsparsley
  • 2 clovesgarlic

Instructions
