Ingredients
- 4 piecesveal shanks
- 1/2 cupflour
- 4 tablespoonsolive oil
- 1 largeonion
- 1 largecarrot
- 1 largecelery
- 1 cupwhite wine
- 2 cupsbeef broth
- 1 tablespoonlemon zest
- 2 tablespoonsparsley
- 2 clovesgarlic

Instructions

Dredge veal shanks in flour and shake off excess.

In a large pot, heat olive oil and sear veal on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
