  • 1 cupshort-grain rice
  • 1/4 cuppine nuts
  • 1 largeonion
  • 1 tablespoondill
  • 1 tablespoonmint
  • 2 juicedlemon
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 3 cupsvegetable broth
  • to tastesalt

Instructions
