- 1 cupwhite wine
- 2 cupschicken broth
- 1 teaspoonlemon zest
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1 teaspoonthyme
- 1bay leaf
Instructions

Dredge veal shanks in flour, shaking off excess. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown shanks on all sides.

Remove the shanks and add chopped onions, carrots, and celery, cooking until softened.
