  • 1 cupwhite wine
  • 2 cupschicken broth
  • 1 teaspoonlemon zest
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspoonthyme
  • 1bay leaf

Instructions

    Dredge veal shanks in flour, shaking off excess. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown shanks on all sides.
