- 2 tablespoonsdoubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
- 1 teaspoonSichuan peppercorns

- 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
- 1 cupchicken broth
- 1 tablespooncornstarch
- 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
- 2 stalksgreen onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoonsesame oil
