Ingredients

  • 1 cupdry chickpeas
  • 1 smallonion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 cupparsley
  • 1 teaspooncumin
  • 1 teaspooncoriander
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/4 cupflour
  • for fryingoil

Instructions

    Soak chickpeas in water overnight. Drain and rinse.

    In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, baking powder, and flour. Pulse until coarse.
